A educação técnica e fragmentada do profissional não o capacita a agir em situações novas e problemáticas, as quais lhe solicitarão ações decisórias, iniciativa, criatividade, flexibilidade, visão sistêmica e estratégica. Para superar a atitude tradicional do método expositivo do professor, propõe-se o Método do Estudos de Caso. Assim, este texto é referencial para todas as áreas de formação, ampliando o campo de atuação da Pedagogia que discursa sobre o trabalho em redes. A perspectiva da educação pós-moderna requer que a Pedagogia integre as dimensões técnica, afetiva, social, cognitiva e ética.
