Abstract

This work introduces theoretical-methodological guiding principles for educational intervention based on the Competencies’ Pedagogy, which aims to promote integral formation for professionals, focusing on citizenship construction and modern workforce preparation. Projects’ Pedagogy framework is also presented, as well as the ways to its implementation into the classroom. Furthermore, this work examines organizational conditions to the application of these methods and principles in the educational environment.
