Abstract

This article refers to research on the training of pedagogues and their new roles, specifically the performance in school and non-school environments. The study provides a brief overview of the changes occurring in the professional world, which led to new demands for the training of the pedagogues in the field of education and noneducational spaces. In the face of changes in the initial training of pedagogues, it provides the definitions implemented in laws and raises the debate on the precarious context of teaching and new knowledge and actions attributed to the pedagogue.
