Abstract

This analysis has the sole purpose of reflecting on the connections between the “human body” and pedagogy, based on a process that is preceded by theology in the speculative and historical domains. However, in the genesis of pedagogy formation and the conceptual determination of the “human body,” resulting from the struggle between orthodox Christians and heretical gnostics, one can observe the range of human being-pedagogy counterposition, which of their determinations are still in force, and which have disappeared. Chritianism is presented as a pedagogical and doctrinal structure with universal interests and ends, an educational process whose center is obedience, repetition, and personal assimilation of imitatio Christi.
