Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the factors associated with interprofessional collaboration attitudes among workers from Family Health Strategy teams. It is a descriptive and cross-sectional study. 91 workers answered the Jefferson Scale of Attitudes Related to Interprofessional Collaboration. Significant statistical were found and highlighted that health professionals with higher education and lower length of experience at primary health care are more willing to collaborative attitudes.
