Economias do futuro e educação profissional: uma abordagem baseada em mercado de trabalho e inteligência artificial

O estudo mapeia e caracteriza parte da oferta do Senac para a educação profissional e tecnológica (EPT) à luz dos setores econômicos que se adaptam ou surgem frente às mudanças tecnológicas, ambientais e socioeconômicas globais, as denominadas economias do futuro – verde, criativa, digital, do cuidado e do turismo. Para isso, propõe uma metodologia que combina análise de dados do mercado de trabalho e EPT com IA generativa para identificar ocupações e cursos ligados a esses setores, usando dados da Relação Anual de Informações Sociais e dos Planos de Curso Nacionais. Identificaram-se 156 ocupações, 233 setores econômicos e 92 cursos do Senac, com mais de 50 mil matrículas ativas em 2024, representando mais da metade da oferta da instituição ligada às economias do futuro.
