Desenvolvimento de projetos de cursos na educação profissional: uma revisão de literatura

Resumo

Este estudo investiga como tem ocorrido o design de cursos na educação profissional, por meio de revisão integrativa da literatura, que incluiu 44 pesquisas, entre artigos, dissertações e teses, publicados de 2011 a 2018. Os trabalhos revisados apresentam métodos, frameworks, cursos e recomendações. Os temas de destaque (educação por competências, colaboração, flexibilidade, importância de realizar atividades autênticas e práticas) vão ao encontro do objetivo principal da educação profissional: formar para o trabalho.
